From March to May, Saaremaa is an excellent time for sea trout fishing. As the days grow longer, both the fish and the anglers become more active.

When coastal waters become truly warm in early June, sea trout fishing changes significantly.

October, November, and December are excellent months for sea trout fishing on Saaremaa.

Fish tend to stay in sandy-bottomed bays and move less. In winter, their activity level is low.

If you want to be successful, you need to arrive with the right gear. Good, reliable equipment and appropriate clothing are the first steps. Mobility is one of the most important factors for a sea trout angler.
